How to change from manual refund to stripe/eway refund

Sometimes you may need to change from manual refund to payment gateway refund in case you make a mistake.

  • on the edit order page, click the “x” icon on the Refund line
  • Click OK when this popup goes out image.png

  • Click the Refund button

  • input how many products you want to refund. (should be done on each product if there are many)
  • Click Refund $$ via Stripe button
  • Click OK on the popup

  • Wait for the page to reload
