Overview of CRU TASKS 

If you are on a CRU 360 plan, you have included CRU TASKS per month. The higher the plan, the more Tasks:
CRU 360 CORE  = 1 Tasks
CRU 360 PRO = 3 Tasks
CRU 360 XL = 5 Tasks
CRU 360 ENTERPRISE = Custom

CRU TASKS are for any action that one of our developers needs to perform on your website when clients raise a ticket via support. We have built out our Knowledge Base with guides on how to do non-developer tasks for you to manage your own website. Any task that a developer has to perform based on a client raising a ticket, an included CRU TASK will be deducted from your account. For more detail on CRU TASKS, please view this article.

To ensure our DIY guides are comprehensive, well written, clear and more importantly available, any time you request a task for a missing guide we will not charge a CRU TASK or CRU CREDIT. 

There are certain tasks such as specialised services, new features and other technical and non-technical related actions that are not included in our task list. Some of these Tasks We Don't Do are charged specifically using CRU CREDITS. To view our services and features, view here.

Removal of a plugin upon request of the client. In most cases CRU won’t deduct a TASK if it is a simple deactivate and delete with no further work
