Testing Reset Password in My Account


This is a document guide to help you test the 'Reset Password' feature and verify that the feature is working.

Steps

  • Enter the email or username of the account you want to reset and click the button

  • Wait for the email to be received on the provided email or the email linked to the username.
  • Click the reset password link on the email you received.

  • Enter the new password and click the save button.

  • Once saved, you can now log in using the new password.
