Pop Ups (Basics) - Troubleshoot Guide


Updating Text in Website Popup Messages

Follow the steps below to edit the text on the popup message.

  1. Navigate through Pop Maker → All Popups
  2. Edit the popup title here (this is optional as this is not used commonly)
  3. Edit the content of the popup here.
  4. Click the Update button to save your changes

How to Edit the Image Pop-up

  1. Scroll down to the Pop-Up Options
  2. If you can see an image simply hover on it and click the x button. If no image is used on the pop up it will show like the below:
  3. Click the "Add Image" button and choose from media gallery or upload from your computer.
