Smash Balloon Instagram Feed - Troubleshoot Guide

Connect/Reconnect Instagram

1. From Admin Dashboard, go to 'Instagram Feed' -> 'Settings'
   
   
2. On the General Tab, under the Manage Sources, click the 'Add Source' button.
   
   
   
3. Follow the prompts as you will be redirected to the Smash Balloon site.
   
   

If there are errors on the existing token, remove/delete it then connect your account.
Make sure that your Instagram account is logged in on the same browser.
