Subscriptions plans

Hosting & Support plans offer clients varying levels that suit their requirements and budget. Each Plan, be it Hosting, Support & Maintenance or a combination of both, has detailed feature inclusions. CRU’s responsibilities in hosting and supporting our clients websites is listed and addressed across the below areas and can be found in detail on our pricing page here:

To further assist in the support responsibilities included in the above, CRU has focused on creating user guides, FAQs and troubleshooting documentation in order for clients to manage most aspects of their website. 


What plans are we offering?

Our subscription services are broken down into two main areas:

Support & Maintenance - Keeping your website in tip top condition

Managed Hosting
  • CRU WP - Our managed WordPress hosting plans
  • CRU ECO - Our managed WordPress eCommerce hosting plans
Support & Maintenance
  • CRU SOS - Our support & maintenance plans including support channel and priority support options
CRU 360 a combination of both eCommerce hosting and support & maintenance (most popular) 
  • CRU 360 - allow clients to combine the same level of CRU ECO and CRU SOS into one discounted plan with the addition of CRU CONCIERGE which is a full service and management option for your online store. For clients looking to add more features including our CRU Club software for subscription club management, we suggest the CRU 360 plan.


What if a plan doesn’t suit me?

We understand some customers require more than others so we have split every plan into different levels to ensure all customers needs are met.
  1. CORE - For customers getting started or with lower value sites. All the basic features you need to get going.
  2. PRO - Designed for growing websites and eCommerce stores. A higher level of inclusions with growth in mind.
  3. XL - Greater inclusions for high traffic websites and stores. Increased CRU resources for larger clients hitting their straps.
  4. ENTERPRISE - Enterprise grade plans with customisable inclusions.


CRU Credits & CRU Tasks

To make quoting and invoicing for website tasks more simplified, we use a CRU TASK and CRU CREDIT system. Each SOS or 360 plan level has a set amount of tasks included. If clients go over their allocated tasks per month, more tasks can be purchased in the form of Credits. Tasks included in plans do not roll over, however, credits do. We have created Credit packs so you can save the more credits you buy. Please note, our standard WP or ECO plans do not include Tasks, support tickets will be covered solely with CRU CREDITS. 

New features or services are also covered with CRU CREDITS only. 

We have created Tasks We Do and Tasks We Don’t Do lists as the CRU Support Catalog to highlight what is covered by the new task and credit system. As we roll out our DIY user guides, clients should be able to self manage, however, CRU is still available to assist at the cost of a task.

Each task from the CRU Support catalogue (but not limited to) uses one credit, regardless of the amount of time taken. If our developers find that additional tasks are needed to solve a problem, you will be notified to approve of the additional credit usage.

Please note: As websites do not have warranties and technology is consistently changing, CRU considers issue and bug fixes as Tasks in line with industry standards.


One-off jobs, services & features

In keeping with our promise of clearer and more transparency on pricing we have added a new services page to our site that details all the services, add-ons and features the we offer. We are currently growing new services and adding new features weekly. 

Most of the services and features use CRU CREDITS, with website development, migration services continuing to be quoted and invoiced.



Migrating to CRU

Already have a Wordpress or Woocommerce website and want CRU hosting and/or support? We offer migration including our CRU AUDIT and CRU CLEANUP services. These services ensure your site meets our plan level baselines for security, performance and stability.
