CRU Website Packages and Plans Overview

CRU Website Packages and Plans Overview

CRU is an eCommerce and website agency. We deliver projects across website development, website hosting & support, software development and digital marketing services.
CRU is not an All-In-One platform, we develop websites on open source Wordpress and Woocommerce (shopping cart) and utilise plugins for feature extension from various developers through paid licenses. CRU has amassed over $10,000 of premium plugins that we offer our clients including our own CRU Club plugins - Australia’s first flexible user choice wine club software.

CRU Website Packages

CRU offers 4 x website packages priced based on their inclusions.
  • CORE and PRO package are both templated website themes. CRU swaps the dummy content and images for the clients.
  • CORE is restricted in the number of pages and the number of features.
  • XL package is semi customisable, whereby the client can mix and match blocks from any theme and includes some design customisation
  • CUSTOM is a website designed from scratch. We run a brand workshop with the clients team and provide 2 x home page versions, content pages and other pages within the scope set and signed off by the client.

Website Features

Each website comes with its own inclusions as per our pricing page. These range from how many pages, whether certain pages (such as a Contact Us page) are templated, number of included products, training and other items with the higher packages receiving the most resources.
As for specific website features, each CRU website comes with standard eCommerce functionality suitable for most businesses. Each website package includes a number of ‘added features’ of which clients can select from our ‘CRU Features’ Tab on our pricing page regardless of how many CRU CREDITS they cost (learn about CRU CREDITS here).

CRU Hosting & Support plans

Once the website has been built (or migrated if you already have a Wordpress/Woocommerce Website - read more about our migration services here) CRU charges a monthly fee for hosting and support. CRU offers fully managed Wordpress hosting where we take control of plugins, plugin updates, server configuration, security, feature development, testing and more. Clients manage all of their orders, their content, their products and their shipping or other integrations. For clients that want full control over their site whereby they add plugins and perform other code changes, then CRU is not a good fit as we cannot confirm that we can maintain website stability or security.
CRU WP plans are for Wordpress websites with no eCommerce
CRU 360 plans are for Websites running eCommerce.
Each CRU plan is designed for various budgets, with the higher the plan, the more resources across hosting, support, support turnaround times and emergency support options.
